The Dreaded Treadmill

On our quest to lose weight, we have stolen the treadmill from Matt's parents. They decided that they weren't really using it and that we could take it. We had to do a little rearranging and some tight squeezing but finally got it into the back bedroom. Now, I just have to be consistent with it and use it. We also really need a big scenic picture to put on the wall it faces.

So this weekend when we went home, Matt decided that he wanted to go to the Notre Dame pep rally Friday night. We decided to take my nephew, Andrew. He is almost 8 and just starting to get into sports I think. His dad doesn't like ND so it is especially fun to "corrupt" him. I had gotten him a ND hat for Christmas last year and while we were there we bought him the shirt for this year. He had a good time overall. He even stayed home from his dad's later on Saturday so he could watch the game. He did pretty well - got almost to half time. I don't think anyone back home really watches football so he didn't know what was really going on. And of course, me explaining it was interesting.

School is going well also. Midterms are over and I got a 100% on my Math. I was happy about that. Too bad it is going to take me forever to finish school - I think I am looking at 2011 - and that is taking classes during the summer as well. UGH!
