Technically Pescetarian...

Matt and I experienced the first "Are you a vegetarian?" moment this weekend. This eating no meat (except for fish) thing has been surprisingly easy for both of us. It has been over 5 weeks now and neither of us have any desire for meat. We really haven't had any trouble going out to eat either as most places are starting to become more vegetarian friendly. We went to Bob Evans the other morning though as I thought their crepes were sounding very good. Matt wanted an omelet - shouldn't be too hard right? However, he wanted one with just more than cheese in it. He ordered the Border Scramble without the sausage only to have to waitress come back 5 minutes later and tell us that they can't do that because it is already pre-mixed. Ugh! To which she then asks the question. We just need to be careful to not be consuming too much fish but I am sure that we will be fine.
