Menu Monday

I'm going to try out something new. We do better with eating when I make weekly menu plans, Matt likes it, and it takes the "nothing sounds good" game away. So, I thought I'd start sharing my menus here. I will eventually get a menu board (there are so many cute ideas on pinterest) and narrow it down to each day but, for now, it's just a list of the weekly meals.

I should also let you know that we get the Green BEAN bin delivered every other week. Sometimes I don't get on there and customize the bin in time and we get some things that we typically wouldn't eat but don't want to go to waste either.

- fish with best broccoli of your life
- baked pasta with butternut squash & ricotta
- rigatoni with sausage & kale
- green beans, sausage, & potatoes
- slow cooker cilantro lime chicken with roasted cabbage wedges
- cheddar crusted chicken with PW's crash hot potatoes

We'll see how it goes. Some are new, some we've had before.
