So, I haven't been good at posting this every week. Oh well, here we go again...

Balsamic chicken
Crockpot chicken 'n dumplings (so easy & yummy)
Spinach & feta stuffed chicken breasts with couscous
Corrina's chicken (chicken breast topped with sautéed spinach and mozzarella) with roasted garlic-parmesan cauliflower

I guess the theme for the week is chicken.
