36 weeks
(yes, it's cold here in Indy today. We even woke up to it snowing)
How Far Along: 36 weeks 1 day
Size of baby: crenshaw melon ~ 6 pounds, 18.5 inches long
Total Weight Gain/Loss: +22.5 lbs
Maternity Clothes: Yep! Matt commented the other day about how my belly isn't exactly fitting in regular t-shirts anymore.
Movement: And again, he's been more active the last couple of days. I guess he likes to keep me on my toes by not giving us any set pattern. His movements are painful sometimes and body parts feel right underneath the skin again. There are times that I'm certain a knee or foot is going to coming popping through.
Sleep: It's not been too horrible. It still takes me awhile to fall asleep but I've been able to stay asleep for about 3-4 hour stretches. I've started having dreams about little one though and am getting very excited to meet him.
Symptoms: tired, hungry, just want to hibernate, and slight swelling which leads to sore knees and knuckles (especially in the morning) Oh, and some contractions have started though not enough to do anything
What I miss: not sure
Cravings: Milk, cereal, and ice (slushies mostly still)
Best Moment this week: celebrating my birthday with Matt and freezer cooking day with mom.
And the dr's appointment update from today (by the way, starting the weekly appointments now) -- it went alright. I started noticing some contractions on the way there, about every 10 minutes, but after being checked they aren't doing anything at this point. She did let me know that I'll be feeling these more often but until they become closer together and stronger, there really isn't any worry. My blood pressure was high yet again (142/94) so some more pre-eclampsia blood work was ordered. No protein in urine still so she wasn't too terribly concerned where she was taking action today. I was told to take it easy though. We also learned that our little guy still has not moved to the head down position. We *think* that his head seems to be lodged into my left hip. So, we have to go back Friday for an ultrasound to check his position and fluid levels. Depending on the results of that, we may be looking at a version on Monday to try to get him to turn. Hopefully between contractions and a version, he'll cooperate and I'll be able to avoid a c-section. Either way, I have a feeling that he's going to be coming early. I don't know how early but for some reason I don't see us making it to the end of April. Only time will tell!

I hope he flips for you. Tanner was breech, even though it didn't matter, until the last few days, then at some point he flipped and came out the right way! I thought I would be able to feel him flip, but I had no idea! Good Luck.
